Founded in 2018 by Jessie Jeanne Stinnett, Boston Dance Theater (BDT) is a Boston-based contemporary dance company codirected by Stinnett and award-winning Israeli choreographer Itzik Galili. BDT showcases the talents of Boston-based dancers and presents works by acclaimed choreographers. In this special program, Boston Dance Theater will perform I had a thought by Micaela Taylor, Peekaboo by Marco Goecke, For The Record by Rena Butler (world premiere) and a second world premiere choreographed by Rosie Herrera.
COVID SAFETY PROTOCOLS: INSTITUTE OF CONTEMPORARY ART/BOSTON Audience members must be fully vaccinated to attend performances in the ICA’s Barbara Lee Family Foundation Theater. Proof of vaccination will be required for entry and can be provided by showing a physical vaccination card, photos of vaccination card or through the Bindle app. Audience members with a medical or religious exemption may show a negative PCR test taken within 72 hours. Children under 12, who are not currently eligible for vaccination, may attend performances.
