Full Body Practice: Groove + Strength
Level: Beginner–Intermediate | Ages: 16+
Move, sweat, and build strength through music-driven, full-body movement.
This is a high-energy, music-driven movement class that blends strength work and improvisation.
Participants move continuously through a guided progression that builds from core activation into full-body movement, traveling across the space and engaging both physical and mental awareness. Exercises draw from bodyweight training and functional strength, with opportunities to explore coordination, rhythm, and response.
The class focuses on sensation rather than appearance, encouraging you to explore how your body works, build strength and coordination, and move with clarity and intention without pressure to “look” a certain way.
Expect a supportive, community-oriented environment, energizing music, and a dynamic range of intensity. You will sweat, move, and be invited to push your physical and creative limits at your own pace.
No prior dance experience is required.
What to expect:
Come ready to move, barefoot or in socks, in clothing you feel comfortable sweating in.
